What is landed cost?

Print Friendly and PDF

Landed cost normally refers to the costs of a landed shipment, including purchase price, freight, insurance, and other costs up to the port of destination. In some instances, it may also include customs duties and other taxes levied on the shipment.

By default, and if not set up during PO creation, landed cost takes on the value of a product's unit cost.
