How do I resend tracking notification emails?

To resend tracking notification or, as Skubana calls them, order confirmation emails, follow the procedure below.

1. On the Toolbar, click Shipments
2. Search for the shipped order that require another email notification.

NOTE: For more details on searching for records in the Shipments module, see Searching for Shipments.

3. On the Shipments panel, highlight the order on the list, then click Resend Confirmation Email(s) at the top. A message is displayed confirming the resending of the email notification.

4. Click OK to close the confirmation message.
