How do I resolve an order requiring a split?

When an order is tagged as an Unresolved Order - Split Required, it means that orderbots are setting the order for two different fulfillment warehouses. You will need to split the order to resolve the issue. Splitting means dividing the original order into two separate ones. Once you split the order, both the new and existing orders are tagged as Awaiting Shipment, Awaiting 3PL Export, or Awaiting Dropship, depending on which of your warehouses will fulfill the orders.

Unresolved orders that are required to be split can be viewed from the Unresolved>Split Required filter on the Order module's Search/Filter By panel.
