Why is Skubana not synching fulfillment information from my sales channels?

Skubana does not pull in fulfillment information for orders that are shipped from outside the system. Skubana only shows tracking numbers and other fulfillment information for orders that are shipped using the system. It then pushes this information back to your sales channels.

If the order was fulfilled from outside Skubana, the order will need to be marked as Shipped manually. For more details on manually marking orders as Shipped, click here.
