We are getting a Tracking/Cancellations Failed to Update on Amazon.com notice. What's wrong?

This is due to Amazon Prime orders NOT being confirmed through feeds. Skubana is working hard to resolve this issue - we plan to roll out Seller Fulfilled Prime API, which should resolve the problem, by mid-summer 2016. Until then, we recommend that you use Amazon's Buy Shipping tool to ship Amazon Prime orders.
