What does this report reveal?

This report reveals how frequent each of your customers return to your store and makes a purchase.

How to read this report?

To read this report, select which sales channel and date range to filter your most frequent customers list. You are then given a list of your high-value repeat customers and the total sales value they are worth to your business.

What actions to take after analyzing this report?

After your analysis, you can identify how many times a customer has purchased from you, therefore you know that this is an important customer to retain. Use this tool to prevent losing a customer by offering these specific customers deals, promotions and other customer retention programs to ensure you keep their business.
