Beginning with Support, Professional Services and Customer Success, these teams hold core competencies to assist you with your needs as you explore the solution for maximum value of your investment and deepen the integration with your tech and workflow stack.
How You Will Benefit and What to Expect:
Dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM): Whereas previously, only a subset of our customers had account managers, beginning February 1, 2022, all of our customers will, regardless of how much you pay. If you do not already have an account manager, we will appoint a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to your account.
Enhanced Support for Everyone: All customers will have access to our enhanced support offerings at no charge. In addition to the in-app chat many of you have utilized, we now offer phone-based support on demand for everyone. Finally, we will soon be extending our support hours by 3 hours, with coverage from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.
Improved Service Offerings: In addition to improved support, we will be launching an array of professional services offerings for customers looking for help in optimizing Skubana.
Fee-based Professional Services offerings will include:
Premium Account Services (PAS)
A dedicated professional, available for up to three hours every month, to help with configuration, long-term planning, and anything else.
Professional support to help developers looking to integrate with the Skubana platform. Full access to API plus up to 2 hours of consulting per month.
Custom Reports (Unique)
Creation of a one-time custom report.
Custom Reports (Repeated)
Creation of a one-time custom report with the ability to provide 1 year of updated report run.
Creation of a one-time template
Creation of a one-time custom orderbot workflow
Configuration one additional warehouse or channel
2-day, in-person training or consulting of Skubana Order Management System
