This is an Amazon email notification issue and must be adjusted from your Amazon seller account page.
To set your notification preferences:
To update or add an email address, click the Edit button for the notification type. Update or add your email, and select which notifications you wish to enable.
If you are receiving Open Listings Report, scroll to Reports.
If you are receiving Multichannel Fullfillment Notifications, scroll to Order Notification.
3. Click Update to save your changes.
