Skubana's Inventory module makes it easy to track your inventory, regardless of where these are stocked and which of your sales channels sell your products. The Inventory module allows you to:

  • Search stocks by SKU or product name
  • Bulk edit allocation rules for your core products and kits/bundles
  • Import inventory, stock minimums, and reorder rules
  • Export inventory
  • Configure minimum inventory levels
  • Know at a glance the status of inventory levels in your warehouses (the number of stock on hand, as well as locked, allocated stock)
  • Add, remove and adjust stock
  • Transfer stock from one location to another
  • Set up new locations for your warehouses
  • Assign draw ranks for your locations, allowing them to be used when fulfilling orders when a location runs out of stock
  • Deactivate stock to prevent them from showing in your listing
  • Generate reports on your inventory
  • Download copies of your inventory records for printing
  • View transaction logs for your inventory records

When you access the Inventory module, you'll see the details of your inventory on the left. Clicking anywhere, except on the master SKU, on a stock record displays the stock's details per warehouse on the right. Clicking the master SKU displays the inventory rules for the SKU, including its auto-reorder rules, channel allocation, excluded warehouses, and edit history. From here, you can also calculate PO estimates, allowing you to see sales velocity, minimum stock level, reorder quantity, and reorder and runout dates of your stock.
