When pulling orders from your sales channels, Skubana automatically tags as unresolved orders that are missing the following:

  • order information
  • product information
  • fulfillment source
  • stock location
  • stock

Orders that are out of stock, subjected to conflicting orderbots, and need to be split are also tagged as unresolved.

For processing of these orders to continue, you will need to fix their unresolved status.
