Within the Company Info section in the Settings Module, there are three types of contacts. They are alerted via email for different scenarios, as described below. There can be one email address set per section.

Billing

They will receive the following types of notifications:

  1. Combine orders notifications
  2. Credit card expiring soon
  3. Deactivated company
  4. Ebay quota limit reached
  5. Invoice paid
  6. No payment info
  7. Payment failed
  8. Postage balance recredit
  9. Shipment void failure
  10. Trial ending

Operations

They will receive the following types of notifications:

  1. Channel purchase updates errors
  2. Combine orders notifications
  3. Credit card expiring soon
  4. Deactivated company
  5. Deactivated sales channel notification
  6. Ebay quota limit reached
  7. FBA inventory sync failed
  8. Orders download failed
  9. Skipped download orders notification
  10. Order status change notification
  11. Void shipment failure
  12. PO received

Technical

They will receive the following types of notifications:

  1. Access denied to Amazon Finance API
  2. Channel health
  3. Deactivated sales channel notification
  4. Ebay token expiring soon
  5. Invalid parameter value; Amazon marketplace (FBA listing sku service)
